WHAT WILL MY ORDER LOOK LIKE?
Every single order arrives in a sustainable cardboard box with a handmade white stamp on the top. When you open up your order you will immediately notice how much effort and care the LIBE team has put into it. As the LIBE team tries to establish longevity for each and every product we include a free laundry-washing bag for every order (see more here). Adding on to that, every set will be wrapped in beautiful white silk paper and will be surrounded by a variety of different goodies.

WILL MY ORDER BE TRACKED?
YES, every order will have a tracking number, which will be included in your order conformation email, so you can see exactly when your LIBE Lingerie will arrive. Please ensure you check your junk mailbox incase your shipping confirmation email lands in there.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL TAXES OR DUTIES ON MY ORDER?
Every order will be shipped from the LIBE headquarters in Berlin, Germany. You do not need to pay any taxes if you live in the EU. If you live outside of the EU, minor tax payments may occur depending on the country you are a resident in. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes applicable to your order.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Lounge, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
 
 
 
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
For your own security LIBE cannot change the delivery address after placing an order. However, you have the option to contact the courier directly to rearrange your delivery address.
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS NOBODY HOME TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?
If the courier rings your bell and you’re not home this is not a problem at all. Your LIBE lingerie will be waiting for you at your neighbours or at the nearest post office in the area. This will be advised on a delivery note posted through your door by the courier.

In some rare circumstances you may experience that your parcel hasn’t arrived and there is no card posted through the door. If this is the case, please contact the courier as soon as possible with your tracking number to rearrange delivery at your earliest convenience.
