WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
If the sets you ordered do not perfectly fit there is no need to worry. LIBE accepts exchanges and refunds on all of our products!
We have a 14 day returns policy from the date of dispatch. 
Do not forget to ensure that these three requirements need to be met.
  1. Items must be returned to us in the way we sent them out to you. All labels and tags must still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments. 
  2. We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such a case we will organise to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.
  3. You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge).

    HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
    Please shoot us an email ( service@shoplibe.com) before sending your parcel back to us.
    LIBE will be happy to authorize your refund if the return policy has been met.
    Upon authorization, please include the below details on your Return Form:
    • Your Order Number, which can be found on your confirmation email
    • The reasons for your return or exchange
    • The details of new size/colour if exchanging
      We advise that you please retain a copy of your proof of postage and tracking in case of any lost or delayed parcels.

      Yes, Returns are free the only thing you need to pay is the shipping back to us!

      HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
      The LIBE team takes importance in customer care. After receiving the sets in our Berlin Headquarters you will have your funds back in about 2-5 working days. We will refund using the same method originally used for your purchase.

      DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
      No, of course not! For an exchange you only need to return the piece of the set which does not fit you. However, for a refund, the full set must be returned.

      WHAT IF MY LIBE ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED AFTER 15 WORKING DAYS?
      If you are waiting for longer than 15 working days for your LIBE lingerie please let us know immediately via email: We will try to solve the issue within one working day.
